  • The series are weighted, with the Utah Crit League (UCL) carrying the highest points, Utah Race Crit League (URCL) the next highest, and Time Trial (UTTL) and Hill Climb (UHCL) tied with the same points.

Bib/Frame Numbers 📋

  • Each Registered Rider:
    • Issued 1 frame number and 2 matching bib numbers for entire URL Series Events.
    • Important: Do not lose them!

Placement by Series:

  • Utah Crit League (UCL):
    • One Bib Number and frame plate: placed on the rider’s Left side.
  • Prison Brake Circuit Race (UCRL):
    • One Bib Number and frame plate: placed on the rider’s Right side.
  • Need for Speed Time Trial Series (UTTL):
    • One Bib Number: placed on the rider’s Right Side.
  • Utah Hill Climb Series (UHCL):
    • One Bib Number and frame plate: placement TBD.

General Rules ⚖️

  • Category Selection:
    • Riders may self-select their category if it matches their USA Cycling License.
    • Novice riders can race on a one-day USA Cycling License (additional cost).
  • Women Riders:
    • May race in the open gender category and one category down from their USA Cycling category. All other rules apply.
  • Flight Movement:
    • Open Category racers starting in C moving to B may not return to B.
    • Cat 3 Riders can race in both flights A and B (charged for both). If scoring points in A, they may be required to race only in A.
    • Riders winning three races may be asked to move up one flight.
    • Riders struggling to maintain pace may be asked to move down a flight.
  • Compliance:
    • Riders must adhere to USA Cycling rules as they apply.
